- 1/2 banana, frozen (or use fresh for a lighter smoothie)
- 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional, depending on desired sweetness)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the raw milk, frozen banana, mixed berries, and honey (if using). Add the cinnamon for a touch of warmth or leave it out for a simpler flavor.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more raw milk to adjust the consistency.
